NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH SCHEME:

NHW Committee meetings take place on the 1st Monday of each month at No 37.
Meetings start at 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome to attend and become involved. Please speak to Frank No.37 or Julie No.9

THE FOLLOWING MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR 2008 AT THE SCOUT HUT:

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 THURSDAY 12TH JUNE 6 - 8PM @ The Scout Hut.

This is open to all Residents of Subrosa Drive and everyone is welcome.
All Committee positions will be open for election at the AGM. Please come and support the SRA.

 ANNUAL SUPPORT SURVEY FORMS

The SRA has to provide Southern Horizon with proof of Residents support each year. The Committee will be approaching all Residents during May to ask for signatures showing their support.
Our funding is linked to the amount of signatures that we receive so it is essential for us to carry out this task.

MAIL SHOTS AND PAPERWORK

Unless you op-out, all Residents are automatically members of the Residents Association. The Committee produce mail shots and survey forms occasionally so we can gauge the opinion of our Residents before we enter into negotiations with the various Authorities on your behalf. A lot of hard work goes into producing and delivering these so we would appreciate if you can return them when you receive them. You can always e-mail the SRA Secretary Ann Kelly at: looneytunez@btinternet.com should you be short of time , lose the form or have any questions. Your co-operation is essential to the success and future of the Residents Association.

SUMMER EVENT - SATURDAY 26TH JULY

We are in the late planning stages of the Summer events scheduled for
Saturday 26th July in the afternoon to celebrate 10 years of Subrosa Drive and 1 year of SRA formation.

Exhibits we hope will include a large bouncy castle, hot food & drink , games for the Children,
Surrey Police and Surrey Fire & Rescue, Music and seating area. More plans will be published shortly

LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE DAY - 7TH APRIL

Despite the cold and snow showers, 6 Adults and 6 Children gathered to clean up the drive.
After donning T-Shirts and getting their pickers and bags, they set off around the Drive.
The Team grew to be 7 Adults and 10 Children by the end and they collected a large amount of rubbish.
Our thanks to Tracey Burrows and Reigate & Banstead Council for their sponsorship and support.

EASTER TREASURE HUNT - 24TH MARCH

Thank you to all the Officers, Committee members and Adult helpers
who helped organise this event and to everyone who attended the SRA funded Easter Treasure Hunt.
The snow stayed away just long enough for the 14 Children who took part to be able to collect clues and solve the puzzle

DATA PROTECTION / PUBLICATION OF SRA EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS:

The SRA Committee twice recently delivered forms asking for consent regarding the taking of photographs at SRA run events.

If you have not returned this form then please do so so we can publish photographs of events. This is very important.
